Time to organize Fed Ex.
I don't know where else I can post it so I will post it here.I ask this to be between fedex employees only.this is not for a debate this if for a plan of action.Our company as realized they can pretty much charge us what they want for health care and will continue to over charge us.Our company has the ability to fire you for any reason seen fit no matter how major or minor your infractions was and there doesn't even need to be an infraction for them to do so.We have no written policy on the books just what can be changed daily on the intranet.start times and vacation bids often go by favortism and not senority.
These are just a few points that I take issue with.The time is now for us to get help.Monday I will contact my local union hall.
I urge the guys on here who work for Fedex and who would like to have union representaion also to do the same.If you need help finding your local unions contact info let me know I will help you get it.
Fedex can not fire you for speaking with a union.
I would like to hear from you guys through pm or post on this thread.Please lets not just blow smoke anymore lets take action.I was once affraid to lose my job at fedex because I didn't want to lose a good job now I have figured out that if I lose my job here its just a job and I can go anywhere and be treated poorly.
After I contact the union I'm sure things won't happen right away but I would like to give updates through this thread.
Again I ask others not to debate on this one and keep your anti union stuff off of this thread. there are plenty of other Fedex union threads you can do that on. please show some respect
Please guys lets get this ball rolling contact me and your local union hall and lets keep everybody up to date.If you want to give updates but not let people know who you are give me your update in pm and I will post it or you can even send it to my private email.
