If you do use conways chain of command methods you might as well put a large bullseye on your back. You are right. In some cases the open door policy and chain of command can backfire on a person through retaliation. (Even though XGO will swear they do not retaliate, the lower end management will find away to stick it to you)
Using the 800 number is also an anonymous option, get a bunch of coworkers to call in and complain about what's going on at XAN.
XGO reads these boards. Start a topic called "
What's going on at XAN" or "
What's happening at XAN?" and load it up with truths. There is strength in numbers.
