I was told by some senior drivers today, that as a combo FT driver, my raise is not automatic, I have to ask or "interview for it". Although they say your eligible after , say, 90 days, I still have to approach management, and if I dont, there wont be a word said about it. So, no say, no get...... Is that a way to treat a employee who is dedicating his time to stay with the company, and do his best, only to be passed over for a raise, then have to ask for it, if its based on merit, I can understand, but why say it is eligible after a set number of days, then look the other way when it comes up, and, if you dont say anything, you dont get it..... any thoughts or experience on this matter?
