In the light of all the stupid "political correctness", WE need to understand that even though someone broke some LAWS of THIS LAND, these people are not of THIS LAND therefore are subject to being associated with NEW LAWS recently or on the spot created specific to their Religion and Homeland.
WE don't want people being offended by OUR LAWS simply because they don't live in certain sections of certain States or don't qualify to be tried for certain misdeeds and far be it from justice to be served because they were brought in on "trumped up charges" while the real crimes have been eliminated.

WE are in the land of the FREE, BUT if you don't actually live here then be assured that whatever you do will hold very little if ANY consequences and WE will do ALL WE CAN to assure you of this even allowing alliances of yours to represent you in our kangaroo courts with the ever present and well lubricated revolving doors.

Find your crime and avoid prosecution--ONLY if you're NOT American!!

Vehicle searches can be made on the spot or after the vehicle has been impounded, but of course NOT if one is not an American because WE don't want to hurt their feelings.
