handle wont come out ? pins wont release? trailer wont slide ?

make sure you are on level ground.
pull handle out as far as it goes, clamp vice grip on pull handle against frame.
rock truck forward and back, with trailer braked applied (on/out).
pull handle out more, clamp vice grip on handle against frame.
repeat. again and again.
eventually handle will pull and pins will release/

last resort 1- release both brakes (trk/trlr) roll 30 feet- pop valves. repeat the above handle steps.

last resort 2- bucket of water on both sides. wait 10 minutes.
water creates rust- water also disolves rust. repeat above
