YEP you heard me right...here's how it works...an experienced driver that hires onto Truck Load starts out at .375 cents per mile and after 3 years goes to top pay of .415 cents per mile HOWEVER if that same experienced driver hires onto Truck Load at a CERTAIN Service Center he starts out on day one at top pay of .415 cents per mile...so not waiting 3 years to get to top pay he is making $10,000 MORE over that same time period (3 years) than if he had to start at .375 cents per mile and top out in 3 years...and YES I have spoken to drivers that are doing just that...

THANKS Averitt Management I guess the 3 years I put in to reach top pay doesn't count unless I'm at a Service Center that can not attract and retain drivers at .375 cents per mile...
