This is my first and last post on Avrt forum.I've been with Avrt for 19 yrs. (3yr city 16yr shuttle). I just kept hanging around thinking it would get better but it has't it just keeps getting worse. Avrt combo pay .35 for L.C. loads, .41 shuttle, top noncombo shuttle .46 , 7 to 10 cnts less than most LTL companys.Theres something bad wrong with this picture and that is,THE PAY !.They say its all about being flexable (BS) I'll be leaving Avrt in a couple weeks to another LTL co. where the start pay is more than Avrt top pay, sad isn't it
