My CON-WAY Brothers, we at FEDEX FREIGHT have the same issue with what you just mentioned. And we all agree totally about outsourcing freight with non-company drivers.
Sometimes I wonder if we really are CON-FED, our "LEADERS" seem to think and act the same way!!!
They just don't get it!!!
