I have been hearing things lately about how the gov't is gonna try to start regulating health issues for commercial drivers. Most importantly to me, weight. I am a large guy. This is something very important. I know my company has some large guys but our insurance won't cover any weight loss surgery. It's funny to me though, we can get full coverage on depression but something just as serious as weight loss we can't. I'm not sure if I am coming across with this the right way so please bear with me. I know I need to make changes and a lot of other drivers do to. We don't want to lose our jobs. So then, how can we go about getting the info out there and actually making a difference? Yeah, I know I want to lose weight and I have tried but like any other man I'm not easily motivated to do and eat the right stuff. Also I'm not crazy about the gov't getting this much further into my personal life.
