Lets stop the personal attacks and debate this in a mature manner. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
With the many hardcore Union and Non-Union members we have here, they will always agree to disagree.

I am former Con-way turned Teamster. My grass is very green because I am positive in how I deal with adversity and day to day changes in the LTL world.
I love my current job and do it within the scope of our contract.

I know exactly what jakebrake12 is talking about. Con-way has won numerous awards on how they efficiently manage their company.

There definitely is a huge difference in how each side is run.
