kk has a valid point, though. If a union shop doesn't do an exceptional job validating the higher pay, increased job security and benefits, our future will be bleak. As I told a coworker thursday night, even if we can't continue with yrc in the near future, the conditions of our nonunion counterparts are based on the nmfa. Keeping the nmfa around is good for all working in the industry, and the only way to do that is keeping yrc running.
