Can you say ESOP program NO I bet you can't because YOU like all the rest of the NEW Teamster have NEVER been with a company that has been given takebacks ! Well I worked for TEAMSTER COMPANIES for over 30 years companies like Trans Con but you young teamster don't even remember them ! I voted NO on the ESOP program and had my tires slashed by people like some in this group because I would no give back 5% of my pay . One year later Trans Con was GONE and the 5% giveback all went to MANAGEMENT
