OK I have a real issue here. For 44 days now we have to flunk one of our trucks. Both tires on both sets of duals are bad, I mean bad. There are chuncks missing , no tread. None no 2/32, none ! It has been written up so many times , it has been posted on the board ( from me) that anyone who drives that truck is to flunk it. OK the stupidvisors have been told. They will NOT fix this truck. Will someone please tell me what you would do in this position. You cannot say, " I wouldnt drive it" cause you would get fired. Thats insubordination and thats a firing offense. HELP !
