This ranger ss158edx cb radio has the following= 10 Meter AM/FM/SSB/CW Amateur Mobile Radio - 25W AM, 10W FM-CW, 25W SSB

I know that any radio that puts out more then 4 watts it is considered iliegle. I want to put this radio in my truck because I like the radio, This radio has an output power of 25 watts on am, usb, lsb. not to mention swing on top of that. Will I be ok talking on the am , usb, lsb channels without having a problem with the law? I know it is going to be discountinued soon so I would like to get one before it is too late. What do all you think about this radio? any information you have will help me!
