2 and half years ago 2 people swapped shifts, one wanted to work the 3rd shift so they swapped with stupidvisor approval. NOW after 2 and half years the guy who wanted to switch shifts and go to 3rd wants to go back to the 1st shift. Anyone care to put in some input ? This is a new one on me and without going to my BA I would have to say , no this cannot be done without the job being up for bid. So lets hear from you guys that know more than me. Help ! anyone !
