for the most part i am on the fence about union or non bottom line is i need a pay check.i was wondering why isn't there a greater effort to unionize more companys by the union?in the last 9 yrs i worked for 3 non companys and haven't even been aproached once by a union rep.i think the unions would have great success if they were more aggresive.one more question ..i have watched many anti union tapes and was wondering does a card need to be signed to get some pro union tapes going in our companys?:confused:
