Miami, FL (AHN) - This year is the last time that daylight saving time will "spring forward" in April and "fall back" in October. Beginning in 2007, the changes will take effect in March and November, respectively.
These changes are based the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This act was signed by President Bush on August 8, 2005 to take effect in the daylight savings year of 2007.
