Default ABF layoffs

Just heard from a buddy that ABF in STL is going to get rid of all their linehaul drivers and fire some dispatchers. is there any truth to this rumor?

I heard that all of the road dispatchers were laid off. Didn’t hear anything about the road drivers.
Also heard that Chicago drivers will be driving straight thru to Little Rock, AR. Anyone hearing anything like this?

Illinois speed limit goes up to 65 January 1st. Is that gonna be enough of a difference to make that happen?
