The terminal I work in is also employee friendly. Most of the supervisors/tm treat the people as people who have families that can have problems. The only ones who get the crap are the ones who deserve it.

best thing we can do is vote no. I gave back when i started. It will make us a better company as a whole. Davidson is gone 1 01 10. If we can get more people to retire we will b ok.
