Twice in the last week I have seen a total of four night shuttle drivers in street clothes.I've talked to two of them and they were sent to AE from a Temp Agency. They are running full time out of GVL and CLT. What happened to "uniformity" and more importantly what the hell happened to "promote from within"? I've been patiently waiting for a move out of TL,but now I don't know what to expect. I can only imagine how the drivers in GVL and CLT are feeling about now. Has anybody seen this elsewhere in the system? Maybe A1 or somebody can enlighten us on this situation.
