I want to take this moment to apologize to any one on here that I may have offended. I realize that sometimes I come across as arrogant and a know it all, and talk down to some guys at times. After a night of prayer and reflection I have learned that I have no right to push my opinions on folks. Until I have walked in the shoes of my fellow associate I cannot understand their outlook on life, and their employer. I understand that each terminal and region has it's differnt challenges and blessings.They are not all run the same, some have better runs and some don't. Some have more demanding management while others allow the driver to do their job. I admit that I have it made now, but it has come from years of backache, sweat and tow motor fumes. Please understand I make no apology for my love of this company and my commitment to my career. Again please accept my sincere apology and I promise to be a better example for my Lord.
