Ya know I asked myself today that after owning the same pick-up for 12 yrs.... I wonder how many more times I'm gonna have to change the oil in that thing before I learn to get my arm out of the path of the old oil stream before I pull the plug out of the pan?
I'm a big believer in fresh oil often. I've run Valvoline dura-blend (50% synthetic) since my truck was new. I can't get it anymore but Valvoline now has a high mileage oil that is half synthetic so that worked out good for me 'cause I'm over 200,000 on that 5.4. It stills purrs like a kitten.
