Funny I pulled into the yard late that night to sleep and saw that sink hole and thought "holy cr*p) and went around it then about 4am I bolted out of bed to wrenching metal sounds only to see a day cab chained to the rear of the trailer trying to pull it out...his steers drives and tandems were all almost axle deep in 3 holes and he was fully loaded and I thought "no way" they get that out of there...they called a wrecker and he literally lifted the steers off the ground and pulled it out...

How many wrecker bills before this hole gets rerpaired? It is probably caused by doing u-turns over and over in that same spot.

I remember seeing that hole my first week with Averitt. Not much more diameter than a manhole cover. It is near the corner of the building where trailer wheels will naturally pivot.
It has grown exponentially in a few short years. To my knowledge, attempts at repair have never been made.
The photos were a testament to the depth it has attained. Perhaps this unwelcome attention will bring about overdue repairs to the lot.

You have got to be kidding me, I have never seen a yard this bad. Why won't the TM fix this HOLE?

Funny you should ask Averitt has spend MILLIONS in the last year building new Service Centers and remodeling others and they can't find a dime to fill this hole...

Always wondered about "Uniformity" myself. How can such extreme differences exist from yard to yard.
Surely somebody in CKV would be concerned enough with company image to step in.
