3. Are the runs from Terminal to Terminal or from factory to factory
4. From the posts I see TL seems to not be able to keep drivers. Is it really that bad?
5. Anything else you'd like to add that you think I may like to know or need to know going in.

1. home every weekend 2. alot of multi bill time sensitive ltl freight. 3. I'll guess on this one, 70% terminal to terminal. 4. Freight is slow alot of waiting I'm told. 5. Keep you ears open on the hotline for Combo openings, harder work but home daily. Anywho, Welcome to Averitt and to TB's. I'm a Shuttle driver so I'm just repeating what I hear, we have several TL drivers who float through here on occasion that can answer alot better than I, but until they can log on I hope this helps. My best advice to anyone new or veteran, don't be disrespectful to dispatch, alot of times we don't see the big picture and we want to pitch a fit and mouth off to dispatch. Very bad idea, don't slap the hand that feeds you. I know people who call Central every time things don't go their way and or mouth off at the dispatcher at the terminal. They gripe about not enough miles than fuss when they get a long hook on Friday night. For the life of me I can't understand how anyone can thing they can intimidate dispatch into getting more miles or less delay. Once I learned that it is not about me, it is about the company's success I learned to love my job alot better. Wow, talk about getting off topic. I'll shut up now.
