Just had a another snoozer of a week, 1200miles,1450 last week,spoke with 2 drivers up in enterprise AL yesterday,both said they would be lucky to get 1200miles this week. How is everybody else doing?

Hate to say it but I've had the best 6 weeks in the last 2 years got two 3000 mile weeks. But having said that I could easily get garbage the next week. I do believe we have hit bottom and there is nowhere to go but up...

1900 miles last week, 2200 the week before, 2000 before that, then a few 3000 mile weeks in a row..
Then again, what good is a 3000 mile week, if the week is 7 days....I rather do a 2500 mile 5 day week anytime.

What really pizzes me off, is a 1500 mile 6 day week...I don't like that at all..no sir..

Delivered Lakeland FL yesterday,they sent me over to Tampa to load at VF industries for CLT monday morning, got back to ORL and saw a bunch of T/L guys sitting there,told my fleet mgr if they needed the load to get someone home,have at it.
1 minute later the load was taken from me,got someone home with nice miles, right after that,I got dispatched on a beer load out of Tampa for Johnson city TN, now thats a good start to the week, I was getting 2300-2600 a week then the miles slowly went away. Historically the last 5 years, frieght just die's around thanksgiving a stays that way until the end of January

I know how you feel, I'm only averaging about 1600-1700 miles per week. It has been that way since I hired on 9 months ago. I hope it gets better , otherwise I will have to seek other employment and right now that is easier said than done. I run out of Cleveland, Oh. and work seems to be pretty scarce around here.
