11/29/2008…….Yeah, I know many of you are pissed off, scared and concerned all at the same time. If one Brother or Sister makes his or her mind up to vote yes for a pay cut, they do so of their free will, and should not be intimidated by others at work, or on this website.

Yeah, it is hard to see giving up money to a company that has spent it like a drunk sailor, buying company after company to build its empire, pump money into a race team for 10 years, give a sponsorship contract...

Good day. By now you have all heard the mantra from the company and union. It has been brought to my attention that this is the first time in union history that we are being asked to make/take a concession on our wage package, when the company ISN'T in that bad of financial shape. This "bailout" is being precipitated by the banks/financial lenders that hold YRC paper. This is a FORCED union capitulation. Everyone has been met with, either in formal structuring or "informal gatherings"...
