Hello. I got a proposition for you. I Am a recent driver School Graduate with a CDL-A. I am interested in obtaining training with a O/O, and I am willing to work for 300 dollars a week for a year to get experience. This would allow the other team member who would be training me a lot of extra miles, with great opportunity to make more money then is normal for O/O teams. If you are not an O/O, we can discuss leasing a truck at my expense at first. I really wish to gain experience more then anything. If you know of any O/O that would love to jump at this opportunity, or If your interested in something like this, or knows anyone that is, please give me a response via email, or contact me via phone at: (270) 344 - 0045. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

Ok on the return trip from California it seems that there was a bunch of drug runners heading west.
First I saw a Ford Expedition pulled over, 6 cop cars, one evidence wagon, and a wrecker. The cops had a "stretcher" at the rear of the Expedition and it was already piled high and the cop was still pulling out more. Why they did this one the high way I have no clue. That would just be way way way to risky.

Then heading thru New Mexico, I heard on the AM radio that in the last week 3 big trucks had been busted at the Gallup New Mexico scale for running dope. Was wondering why every scale from California to the Texas line was pulling every truck in hmmmmmmm.

Do you think these drivers knew what they were hauling? Well the Truck Drivers is who i mean, I am pretty darn sure the Expedition driver knew lol. Would you ever consider it if the money was right? I don't think I could no matter how much money was offered. I know times are tough now for alot of us. But still. I can't justify anybody doing that.

Just some of my ramblings.

In these tough and trying times I that God for the things he has given me in my life. As I sit back and reflect on the things of the past and see where his hands have been at work, I think praise God. I know we are not to worry, because it does no good and can only be harmful. That being said, this song really brings that peace to the surface for me and helps me keep Gods presence close to heart; no matter how bade these times get...

I guess it's time to continue the story. Hard work helps clear the head and make this a little easier. Still more than half of my gear out, but I need to take a break. If I do to much at one time I pay for it later.

The heat from the fire was horrible. Like I said earlier, it was like Hell had come to earth. Don't know how long it burned. It really doesn't matter, but it seemed like an eternity. I came to in one of the Life Flight helicopters that they were using to evac people. More than a dozen of us got air lifted to area trauma units. Not many more than that survived the inferno. The heat was so bad that the road actually caught fire and burned.

At times I wish I had stayed with the young lady and the girls in the woods. Would the nightmares have been any worse if that were the case? Who knows, God had his plans for me that day I guess. Some say He was with me that day and led me to save those that I did.

The first thing I saw when I came up out of the woods was an old man and his son, or grandson. They where trying to pry open the door of a Mercedes Benz with two college age girls in it. Before I could get there, or they could get the door open, the gas tank of a Toyota behind them exploded. The young man died instantly from a piece of shrapnel. The old man and the two girls were not so lucky! They died screaming from the burning gas that had soaked them. Those screams went on for what seemed like hours. As horrible as it was at the time..... it got lots worse as the next hour crawled by.

The blast of the gas tank knocked me down again. I may have been knocked out for a time, but not really sure anymore. I remember running, stumbling, toward the Mercedes... then laying on the road, smoldering, and looking up at the sky. The thought ran through my mind that it sure got cloudy in a hurry. The screams made me remember the blast, and the reason for the black "clouds". I just sat there for a few moments feeling helpless as the old man and the girls burned.

A state trooper seemed to appear out of nowhere to stand over me. "You all right?" he was yelling at me. "Huh??" was all that came to my head. Hell no I wasn't alright, I was bleeding and people were dying in front of me! "We got to move if you can" he yelled. My hearing was starting to come back to normal. And as he helped me to my feet I said, "we have to help them" pointing to where the old man lay. "To late for them son we got to move .... other people need help if you can." Who was he calling son, he couldn't of been more than a couple years older that me.

We started checking vehicles for survivors, and somehow got separated. As I walked among the fiery may-lay, I came upon a little boy sitting in the middle of the road playing with a fire truck. When asked where his mom and dad, where he said, "moms sleeping in the car." His mom must of died on impact, at least there wasn't a lot of blood for the poor boy to see. I picked up the little fella and started back toward the woods.

Somewhere along the way we came upon a little girl with a badly broken arm. She was crying and said that her arm hurt and that dad was gone when she "woke" up. They later found her dad where he had laid down in a gully and passed away. The girl took quite a bit of convincing to go toward a safe place, not that I blamed her.

When we finally got to the edge of the woods, we found a teenage boy sitting there holding a pretty teen age girl. I checked for a pulse and found out that she was dead. You could see the young man's heart breaking when I told him. "It can't be true, she's only sixteen", he cried. Turns out they had been dating for only a few weeks. "What is her mom going to say?" "Why couldn't it have been me". I have asked myself that last question of myself countless times since. I know, know ... the doctors don't like to hear me say that sort of thing, but its true.

It took a while for him to agree to leave the girl behind and take the kids over to where the young mom waited for help.... I later learned her name was Lisa. She held up like a trooper and helped to keep the kids and the teenager safe till one of the ambulances finally arrived.

I really dreaded going back into that mess but somehow I headed back. God doesn't take no for an answer when He has a mission in store for you. If you don't believe me just ask Jonah.... though the whale would have been preferable.

It's time to take a break from the memories and get back to work again. Getting cold just sitting here thinking .... at least thats the excuse I'm using for now. Once I get calmed back down I will continue.... maybe. Randy

In order for this to work for you, you will have needed to pay your credit card on time. You need to call you credit card companies and ask them if they currently are offering any special or promotional rates on your card. They will ask you to hold while they check for you. When they get back on the phone you will hear, "I am sorry, you are not qualified for any of our promotional rates at this time," or "Yes, we can lower your rate by x%." If you have good credit and no late payments on that card and they tell you that you are not eligible...find a good card and pay that off. If they respond to you that they can help you...you still are not done. They will normally not give you the best rate, so you will need to say,"I need you to do better than that or I will have to close my card." They will most likely put you on hold again and possibly come back with a better rate!
