Hello. I got a proposition for you. I Am a recent driver School Graduate with a CDL-A. I am interested in obtaining training with a O/O, and I am willing to work for 300 dollars a week for a year to get experience. This would allow the other team member who would be training me a lot of extra miles, with great opportunity to make more money then is normal for O/O teams. If you are not an O/O, we can discuss leasing a truck at my expense at first. I really wish to gain experience more then anything....

I did these a little different, I placed these ribs in the pressure cooker with about 15lbs pressure for about 12 mins... then put them on the grill and slow cooked them. They turned out really good, you could easily cut them with a fork.

This is an 18oz Ribeye (bone in) and is my favorite cut.
I know I post alot of food, but I love to grill and cook
