Hi! I am not an England Driver, but was in Southern UT Saturday and drove by this accident AFTER that fact (it had already happened.....) and saw no way a driver could live through it, I have a photo I took from my truck (PM me if you want me to send it to you....), and I tell ya, it didn't look good!!!! :(

But, this driver DID survive, and only had broken ribs and few minor injuries? He has been charged with DUI though, and not to mention the property damage caused, and the 38,000lb load! :(

But he can still drive again someday, he is VERY lucky!!!!!!!

I am not surprised. That is the kind of drivers England hires, a bunch of drunks. And do you really think this moron will get to drive again? He will be lucky to haul trash in the summer with no air conditioner at $11.00hr. I saw the news and photos and yes he is lucky he did not kill someone, Lucky for Englands Insurance co. and their lawyer's but now will be getting pulled into the port of entry and their pre pass taking away. ENGLANDS NEW SLOGAN WILL NOW READ.....DRIVE THRU LIFE AS AS DRUNK!

Another well trained England Driver at work. Mostly pathetic people working for a pathetic company.

A lot of folks get drunk in Vegas and have a little too much fun. They get up after a nap and hit the road. A drunk doesn't truly know when he is legally sober. He feels fine. In an 18 wheeler the legal limit is .04 and the out of service limit is .01. This is nothing. It doesn't excuse being an idiot, but the guy might have been what is considered sober in a car.
