Premiere definitely doesn't want any repeat business do they? I still haven't got my stuff I ordered or got anybody to answer the phone.

IF PREMIERE WAS A LITTLE CLOSER TO ME I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN INTO SOME SERIOUS TROUBLE. THEY PUSHED ME TO THE LIMIT AND I WOULD HAVE HAD A COURT DATE IN MY FUTURE!!! INSTEAD I ADVISED PREMIERE THAT I WAS CANCELLING MY ORDER AND DEMANDED THAT THEY CREDIT MY ACCOUNT BY NO LATER THAN 4pm. THE NEXT DAY, IF NOT I WOULD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE NYS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. GUESS SOMEONE AT PREMIERE REALIZED WHAT WAS AT STAKE AND CREDITED MY ACCOUNT!!! DONT BE AFRAID TO LET THEM KNOW THAT YOURS ARE MADE OF BRASS!!! AND BY THE WAY I HAVE HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH SPARKYS AND WALCOTT!!!

I'd take it one step further and contact your State's Attorney General, or whoever handles consumer complaints.

Try Copper Electronics, Inc. for online purchases.I bought a magnum s6 from them, when i could not contact premiere before buying the radio.Copper.com was helpful ,quick to ship and good prices.
