I put a RFX75 on a Cobra NW and added an echo board, and I am getting 105 watts of swing with a 4 watt dead key. I had this radio for sale, but I think I have it sold. If not I will let ya'll know.... It is in the classifieds.....

will this unit boost reception also i had a cobra 29 with stinger once and loved it im thinking of buying a new cobra 29 nw or a uniden 78 and ahaving them modified but im not sure what im going to have done yet

It has a TVI filter in it for the receive, but I can't really tell a difference in reception. I am still tweaking, though.
