None of this I read suprises me about Central. I worked for them for three years and in my experience, not many managers and supervisors knew what they were doing. Part time dock lead to apathy lead to bad loads lead to damaged freight lead to lost customers. I think HD was the only thing keeping it floating...I'm suprised to see it still in business.
