What is customer service.........i dont think Central Freight has any idea what the concept is.Here's one load perfectly good freight when loaded on a swift trailer and shipped it to one of the many terminal's in the Central system by the time it get's to say "HOME DEPOT" it's trashed,boxes ripped open or crushed,shinkwrap tore every which way,pallet's broken down to firewood.Oh yeah here is the best one "yeah i know we have not been by your place in over 2 week's but if you dont let us deliver today even though we dont have an appointment were going to charge you storage fee's".YES NOW THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Here's another one your freight is safe with us..........um yeah except for the water raining down from above because were to cheap to fix the roof's in the trailer's.
