CENF'S revenues decreased $14.0 million, or 14.1%, from $99.5 million for Q2 2005 to $85.5 million for Q2 2006. According to Central, $4.7 million of the total revenue decrease was due to the loss of the Dell account. LTL revenue per hundredweight decreased 0.4% from $11.75 in Q2 2005 to $11.70 in Q2 2006 due to an 8.1% increase in the average weight of LTL shipments. LTL revenue per hundredweight, without fuel surcharge revenue, declined 4.1% from $10.61 in Q2 2005 to $10.17 in Q2 2006. LTL revenue per shipment, without fuel surcharge revenue, increased 3.6% from $99.71 in Q2 2005 to $103.29 in Q2 2006. Total tonnage decreased 52.9 thousand tons, or 11.1%, from 478.0 thousand tons in Q2 2005 to 425.1 thousand tons in Q2 2006. The average length of haul declined by 2.9% from 488 miles in Q2 2005 to 474 miles in Q2 2006. Central's O/R increased from 103.5% in Q2 2005 to 106.2% in Q2 2006. Central reported a net loss of $7.9 million in Q2 2006.
