this may be news to some but we were just told today that if we have a question , problem , need directions, have a problem with making a delivery or pick up , we are suppose to text and wait for a reply from Michigan. it's kind of weird that they took the terminal manager out of the equation of problem solving. maybe it will work maybe not but it looks as if they are pushing out the T.M.s??
