How about that list in the drivers manual of all those things they can fire you for..... What do they mean by they have a progressive counseling system but will only use it "generally". Does that mean they will use it if they like you? What if they don't? Does it mean they will use it if you agree with them but will terminate you if your opinions on matters differ? Does it mean that they will use it on days they don't have a headache? What kind of company shows you a movie that says they "love you" and turns around and can't even respect their employees enough to have a true progressive counseling system, or a true occurrence system in their attendance policy? We have no true grievance process and no way in our current enviornment to hold them accountable when treated unfairly. Lets work together to make this an organization EVERYONE can be proud to be a member of! Not just the privilaged or the favored.
