It's $22 in Indy. Central Transport is not the only LTL company that does not pay OT after 40 hours.

US Mail contractors don't pay OT after 40. I made 18.76 (actually 23-plus, but several bucks per hour went to a pension which was ok) an hour and did just fine on straight time. I would have loved OT, but I knew going in I wouldn't get OT.

If it's a decent hourly wage I am ok with no overtime. With mail, I was making 18.76 (or 17.88 depending on the run) and made it just fine. At this point, beggars can't be choosers. I would just be happier than a pig in.... to have a job!
