Does Central Transport pay time and a half for hours over 40 ?

NO.... According to the VP of industrial relations and I quote... "they pay overtime from hour number 1" so they don't need to pay overtime after 40. "It's a fact of life and it's not going to change".

It was his explination as to why the don't pay overtime over 40. Trust me, you weren't the only one who didn't get it.

Central used to pay overtime back when they were Teamsters. I had a buddy there who made some good money back in the days. That was before they went to owner operators and Central cut him a severance check for $25,000.

They do pay overtime at time and a half it depends on where you are some places after 55 and others 60 . Good luck trying to get it though.
