I agree with the 070 parking lot ,however they recently filled in a bunch of the holes,I didn't know potholes were an OSHA violation and I never saw the roof leaking .I do agree they only have about 40 good fork lifts and always another 20 that are red tagged

Nobody said potholes were an osha violation...a dock covered with water almost resembling a lake with fork trucks driving around out of control I think definitly is an osha thing.slipping out an unoccupied door is definitly a possibility....this was the situation wednesday night 7/29/09 at the Secaucus dock. extremely unsafe of a situation that osha should step in on and have them make it safe...how? a sweeper/squeege machine.
get rid of the water if they dont want to bother to fix the roof. pretty simple....this is if they care about safety which I believe they really dont care about...youre literally just a number to them.
