It really depends on location too. Some places are brand new buildings with tenured Tm's and new equipment while others are aging terminals, with management and drivers changing as much as your underwear, and crap trucks. What location are you considering? I would suggest talking to some of the drivers at that building, walk the yard if possible, check the trucks out, ask questions of management, how long they have been there, etc.

I must be from one of the old ones. TM is trying to make things right with what corporate gives, nothing. Have to borrow a pallet jack from shippers and consignees because corporate won't get any to us. We have more broken doors than good working doors.
