the trouble with this forum is that the people that post don't actually work for CT. I've been with them for over 4 years and I'll agree they have issues with equip. You aren't broke down all the time tho. You have to stay on the shops to get things fixed. I know this is not right but that is the way it is. My truck has been in Indy for almost 2 weeks to get some probs fixed, and I won't bet all the probs will be fixed when it comes back. (computer check engine light, missing bolts on pass side step, two tires, air leak on fan hub.) none of these are life threatening, and have been going on for awhile, I just have'nt pushed the issue until recently. If they don't fix it all, I'll raise hell and it will get done. Different terminals are better and worse, mine is a good one. Insurance for 1 person is $47 for the best policy, I've had no trouble with it. I am a city driver and I brought home $822 week b4 last, $670 last week cause I was on vacation. This week will be about $850. I've topped out on pay and am not affected by the recent pay freeze. We have not had to give back any of our wages either. I can't say much about the line haul end because I've never done it. I could say alot more but all the haters will just jump on what I have already said, so I'll end by saying our terminal has hired 2 people in the last month or so due to new business. We will be adding another city driver soon.
