ANOTHER 4 hour delay in Allentown for the same reasons as before....no lifts...the ones they have havent got good batteries and die fast and the numbers for them to get you on the dock are all screwed up...it is the absolute worst run facility next to the way Suckaucus was run....wonder why?
maybe cause the same help is there and less of them??
1 guy on the floor and one in the office where there used to be 1 at the island and 3 on the floor.
the incompentece is running rampant...michigan needs to bow out....line haul needs to call the breaks every 15 min to see if they need anything instead of being on hold for an hour waiting for these bozos to pick up the damn phone.
TIME FOR A NEW JOB!!! |
Hmmmm Allentown.. I vaguely remember that terminal being mentioned recently. If I'm not mistaken, then you'll be happy to know that they have either already installed, or will be installing, new battery chargers there that are supposed to charge forklifts 4x faster than the old ones, maybe even more. I hope that technology, if proven to be reliable and effective, ripples its way to the rest of us as soon as possible. Would alleviate many, many headaches and frustrations. Let me know if I'm right about the new chargers, and if so, let us know how they are working out. Thanks.
