Who else sees the new Dolphin system as T3 Rise of the Machines? Since when should a company be told what to do by the company computers? The computer should be an aid to a business not a boss and hinderence...How many times have you gotten into something that needed restacking/fixing only to be kicked off for inactivity while you busting a nut doing more activity than you should be?...AND The new system wont allow you to be put on switching until your trailer is unloaded so you have to deal with resigning onto the dock...That just shouldnt be allowed to happen....you should never be kicked off for any reason until you sign off...I got back today and tried to scan my load and it put me over onto another trailer somebody else was unloading and then he got put over onto my trailer before his was done...Isnt that a little bit rediculous? Thats why this useless program has to go....NOW
People should run companies not computers.

You just rescan something to avoid being kicked off,and if you are kicked off you get filler pay so it doesn't really matter.I dont like the finsh unloading trailer xxx before you can do something else.The TM has do call to get you released from a trailer

You are correct, it isn't a well thought out system. I spend a lot of time each week reloading trailers that were not loaded right the first time. With the old system I could just be put in switching and my numbers wouldn't suffer. The new system doesn't reward those of us who do not just floor out anything and everything. I hope the new system doesn't last long.

I really cant understand why a company would let itself be run by computers instead of letting computers "assist" in the operations....like T2 Rise of the Machines...no control over a heartless piece of software that simply just takes over!!! absolutely rediculous!!
