We ban them if they can't read the rules and follow them after repeated friendly warnings.

If you do use conways chain of command methods you might as well put a large bullseye on your back. I've got enough time at XAN to tell you the conditions are horrible and drive some people to do things out of control. In my opinion conway is strictly out for conway and they DO NOT care about the drivers. At XAN thats why we have so much damaged freight and a high number of drivers constantly coming and going. In this area we are the highest paying company and when you cant keep drivers the lights should turn on sometime. Dont ban me I just joined

You are right. In some cases the open door policy and chain of command can backfire on a person through retaliation. (Even though XGO will swear they do not retaliate, the lower end management will find away to stick it to you)

Using the 800 number is also an anonymous option, get a bunch of coworkers to call in and complain about what's going on at XAN.

XGO reads these boards. Start a topic called "What's going on at XAN" or "What's happening at XAN?" and load it up with truths. There is strength in numbers.

getting more than one person to call in does work.as long as everybody has the same story.unfortunately if the manager is protected from above it will be ignored. my only suggestion is one already given,clock in do the best job you can and only talk to the ones you can trust and just distance yourself from the others.

The first week XAN opened as an FAC, I was one of the new england drivers who went there prior to them pulling us out...orlando didnt seem to be in the right place for his abilities...and he had quite the crew of other nobodies there to further complicate and screw up the system...one of the best was ron s the tm for XSX..what a joke.

Its just horrible when you see a TM rip apart his supervisors and office workers when he gets in a mood. His personality is non existent and when he does joke its hard to take. No grown man or women should be made to feel that 1 or 2 small mistakes could take away food from your family. Thats basically how he treats a large portion of the employees. He can smile in your face for 5 minutes and then snap and let you know if you are 5 seconds late 1 more time your terminated. The morale would improve 100% if he were to "move on" and conway happened to transfer him. Let's be honest XAN you all know that. The supervisors and office people would be able to work freely and under less fear by indimidation. There is still one FOS that needs find a desk and then we would be a smooth ship. Can you imagine how nice that would be? Now I hear John Lennon singing "Imagine" in my head.

They have medication for those things...i can only assume he is an untouchable because of his lack of caucasion status, and they are probably afraid to deal with him for obvious reasons that we dont need to go into detail about...racism is alive and well in the 21st century and it is really sad...on the other side of the coin though...if you know what a pole turtle is, then you understand...
