He used reverse racism and promoted a driver to the personel supervisor position a while back also. This young black driver with less than a few months experience with the company but a the great ok gave him the job over other drivers with more time and experience. This same young black driver is a recruit of orlandos church as well. In fact orlando has a habit of almost always and never a white driver but likes to get the new black drivers to attend his church. It would seem that if you do that will get you farther than needed. My situation is always the usually and I try and keep it so but you know how it's not so great for a little while. During that interview process a driver with a few years at conway and much better head on his shoulders and yes he was white was not given the job. Now listen he was with the company for a a few years compared to a few months and had a great attitude with other drivers and was not given the job. Hmm, makes you think this was a gimme job. Why any driver would want a personel supervisor job is insanse to me but to each his own. Its a pay cut and you would have to be a nice lapdog if your working in OJ's world in there.

If XGO ever reads this I would find it hard to imagine them not checking into all this going on at XAN. With the male on male sexual harrasment from a FOS to driver and then racism hiring coming into play it's something else. If this was the other way around I wonder if Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson would jump on Conway. Actually the Fos is a white man and the driver is a spanish younger man. That might just qualify.
