Why did they do away with the option days? Seems that was a win-win.

The goal is to keep you here 24/7. They do not want to give you any time off at all, but they know they have to.

Remember the CC days? Those were the cats *****. They kept me running by senior guys taking them, and they helped me avoid 2 hour nights on the dock by me taking them. Those were great.

Have to put in 20 yrs at least that's the plan when I started I don't know if it's changed since then I know I should be dead by now..LOL
