You say you have 16 months in, so I assume you hired in June 07, making you a regular in October 07...that means you have 3 vacation days right now + 1 pto...you need to take the pto so you don't lose it...the 3 vacation days you should roll over to 09, and on January 1st, you will have 13 days vacation and 5 pto days to use thru 09...don't know where you are on your board, but those days may come in handy in January and February...

If he is in the Central or Eastern areas, he earned five days vacation when he became regular. He will also have an additional five to take next year. Not sure about the southern or western areas.

Interesting...look for a possible change in that policy after tomorrow...for somebody...just another area where we currently do not have a unified policy...

Must be nice to get five weeks vacation after 20 years. I've got my twenty in and only get 2 weeks. Not even up to top pay rate yet. Yes, i'm back on my soap box again.
