Are there any women DSRs at your barn?Do they have to work as hard as the guys?
We had a female DSR a while ago but she bumped into one thing too many and is gone.She ran city , no linehaul.A few customers have stated that she needed help with and/or would not do certain things like pallet jack freight off the trailer or put the dock plate in for example.Also heard that she let a driver from another company dock a trailer that she was having trouble with.
