Conway Reward points
Has anyone had problems with the reward center not giving correct number of points for one more shipments. In the last two weeks I have been shorted 1199 points. The system only gave me 1 point and should of recieved 1000. and was shorted 200 points for last week. I sent e-mail and was told CEMP is only in charge of keeping the site up and running. I called the Con-way help desk and was told they only help with user id and passwords and I should talk to SCM. He told me all OMS are entered into computer at time of pickup with PRO. So he has no control over point distribution. Has anyone else had this problem?
