I know that here in Cincinnati (XCN), we have been hiring every driver that walks through the door. We must have at least 30-35 people running around our yard, dock, city and linehaul in jeans and T-Shirts. And then I heard we are looking to hire 15-20 more drivers on top of that. Anyone else know whats going on? I heard that XCN is going to be having 8 ESL (Team Runs) to the new Lasalle ILL, terminal, but thats not enough to warrant the recent hiring spree. And we usually average 800,000 -1,000,000 of outbound a night. If you guys know something that I don't...feel free to let us know.  |

Marty has been hiring like crazy....Who knows why. Yeah, we needed drivers and stuff, but there are too many people now. And I think they are still doing road tests.
